This no bake white chocolate dessert lasagna made with layers of golden Oreo crust, rich and creamy cheesecake, white chocolate pudding, whipped cream and white chocolate shavings. Best of all, this delicious party-pleaser comes together in just 30 minutes.
Most of the time when I need a no bake dessert I go with my Chocolate lasagna because who doesn’t love a layered chocolatey square of heaven? It’s great for parties and gatherings because it’s so rich you can make it feed a crowd. This time, since I had extra white chocolate on hand, I decided to make something new. I’m also using golden Oreos for the crust, but you could make it on an old-fashioned graham cracker crust.
Another favorite that people always ask me to make is Peanut Butter Chocolate Layer Cake. This is an actual cake so there is some baking involved, but it’s beautiful and delicious. Making multiple desserts for a special occasion? You can’t go wrong with Chocolate Dipped Strawberries. Plus, they are cheap and easy!

1Ingredients for White Chocolate Lasagna
- golden Oreo cookies – we are going to use these for the crust. You could also go with a graham cracker crust instead.
- butter – You can use salted or unsalted butter.
- cream cheese – Allow time for the cream cheese to soften.
- powdered sugar
- Cool Whip – This is the easy way, you can use homemade whipped cream if you would like.
- instant white chocolate pudding mix
- milk
- White chocolate curls for garnish
Pro tip: If you are making this dessert to take to a party, make it in an aluminum pan. You don’t have to worry about washing your dish, getting it back from a friend, or leaving it somewhere. Just toss the pan when you are finished.
How to Make White Chocolate Dessert Lasagna
PREP: Grease the baking dish with non stick spray or butter. Let the cream cheese come to room temperature, and melt a 1/2 cup of butter.
FOR THE CRUST: Place the Oreos in the blender and pulse until you have crumbs. Pour in the melted butter and blend. Transfer the crumbs to the baking dish and press firmly into an even layer. Freeze while making the next layer.
MAKE THE CREAM CHEESE LAYER: Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Mix in half of the Cool Whip. Use a spatula to spread over the crust. Freeze while you make the pudding.
MIX THE PUDDING: Whisk the milk into the white chocolate pudding and spread it over the cream cheese layer.
ADD TOPPING AND CHILL: Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top, and sprinkle on the chocolate curls. Chill for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.

- How to make chocolate curls: Use a hand peeler and go gently across the bar of chocolate. You can also melt white chocolate, spread it onto a parchment lined baking sheet and refrigerate it. Once it sets use a spatula or scraper to make the curls.
- We found the pudding mix on Amazon because all we could find in the store was sugar free.
- To make homemade whipped cream, combine cold heavy cream with powdered sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form.
- Letting the cream cheese come to room temperature makes it easy to mix and gives the dessert a creamier consistency.
Olive Garden made the Chocolate Brownie Lasagna popular. Their version has 8 decadent layers and is drizzled with a chocolate sauce.
Cover and keep leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze it for up to 3 months. To defrost, allow it to thaw in the fridge overnight.

No Bake White Chocolate Dessert Lasagna
Ingredients
- 14.3 ounces golden Oreo cookies
- ½ cup butter melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 ounces Cool Whip divided
- 2 – 3.4 ounces instant white chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- White chocolate curls for garnish optional
Instructions
- Butter or grease a 9×13 rectangular dish and set aside (I like to use the wrapper from the butter to grease the pan.)
- In the bowl of a food processor, chop the Oreo cookies until they are fine crumbs. Add melted butter and pulse several times until the cookie crumb mixture is evenly combined.
- Press cookie crumbs into the prepared dish and place in the freezer while preparing the next layer.
- Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy (1-2 minutes). Add in half of the 16 oz. container of Cool Whip and beat until thoroughly combined.
- Spread cream cheese layer over the chilled cookie crust and return the dish to the freezer.
- In a large bowl, whisk both packages of pudding mix and 3 cups of milk until the pudding thickens. Spread pudding layer over the cream cheese layer.
- Top the white chocolate lasagna with the remaining Cool Whip.
- Garnish with white chocolate curls. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting and serving to allow the layers to firm up.
