Use this breakfast sandwich recipe to make a healthy, well-rounded breakfast in just TWO MINUTES!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon cheddar cheese
  • 1 cooked sausage patty
  • 1 English muffin toasted

Instructions

  • Use a fork to whisk egg and cheese together in a ramekin.
  • Microwave egg mixture for 1 minute.
  • Meanwhile, toast English muffin.
  • Heat sausage patty if desired (15 seconds).
  • Assemble cooked egg and sausage patty between toasted English muffin.

Notes

Mix any kind of cheese into egg mixture.
Veggies or turkey lunch meat can also be mixed into egg before cooking.
Add bacon or a slice of tomato or anything else you might want when assembling the breakfast sandwich.
