Instructions
Spray air fryer with non-stick cooking spray.
Place radishes into a large bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat radishes.
Combine pepper, garlic salt, onion powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle over the radishes and toss to combine.
Transfer seasoned radishes to basket of the air fryer.
Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and finely chopped rosemary.
Continue cooking for an additional 5-10 minutes, until radishes are golden brown and tender on the inside, crispy on the outside.

Notes
Try to chop the radishes evenly to ensure they cook the best.
If using baby radishes, you can slice them in half or leave them whole. The cooking time will vary.
Roasting the radishes in a single layer is best. Overcrowding can lead to uneven cooking and not providing enough room for the air flow to crisp all around the radish.
You can use your own favorite seasoning blend like ranch, barbecue, or taco.
