Notes
Ginger Ale loses its carbonation after a couple hours. Mix the punch up just before serving. In addition, the ice will water down the punch as it melts. If you’d like, add just a small amount of ice to the punch bowl/pitcher and then add plenty of ice to the serving glasses. If you do not fill the punch bowl with ice, though, you may want to double the recipe for a nice, full punch bowl.If you’d like to store this easy party punch recipe, remove extra ice and all of the citrus. The punch will be flat after being stored. Punch that sits with citrus rinds floating in it for an extended period of time will become bitter. The raspberries can remain stored in the punch, if you wish.Adjust the quantities of punch, juice, and soda to your preferred taste. For a sweeter drink recipe, add simple syrup. To cut sweetness, add a squeeze of lemon juice.Add in vanilla ice cream or try sherbet for a rainbow sherbet punch.
