4ouncescranberry juicecranberry-raspberry juice also works
2-3ouncesProsecco or sparkling wine
orange wedges for garnish
Fresh or frozen cranberries for garnish
Sprig of rosemary for garnish
Instructions
Add an orange wedge and a few cranberries to a chilled champagne flute.
Add 1 ounce of orange juice and 4 ounces of cranberry juice
Top glass with Prosecco.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Notes
Use fresh or frozen cranberries. If you can't find them in the produce section depending on the time of year, shop the frozen area; they are just as good and look exactly like fresh cranberries once thawed. I like to stock up on fresh, then freeze them for later. Adjust the alcohol, sweetness, and tartness based on your preferences. Cranberry-raspberry juice also makes a delicious cocktail. For sweeter orange cranberry mimosas, use a splash or regular simple syrup or cranberry simple syrup.
