Instructions
Whisk heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Do not use cream in this drink without whipping it first.
Place 2 cups of the whipped cream, lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and ice into a blender.
Blend on high speed for approximately 15 seconds or until the mixture is an even milkshake-like consistency.
Divide mixture between two tall, chilled glasses.
Top with remaining whipped cream and serve immediately.

For a spiked version of this refreshing drink, try adding vodka, rum, gin, lemon vodka, bourbon, or even tequila.If you do not whip the cream before adding it to the blender, the texture of the whipped lemonade will be akin to milk. It seems like the cream would whip up in the blender, but it does not. Pre-whipping makes all the difference with this recipe. A high-powered blender works best for this recipe. You will not achieve the same texture with a hand mixer or a milk frother.Coconut cream and simple syrup can be substituted for the dairy ingredients to make a vegan version of whipped lemonade.Packaged lemonade mixes like Country Time or Kool-aid can be used instead of fresh lemon juice - you may need to compensate for sweetness.
