Use a hand mixer to beat together cream cheese and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
Beat in brown sugar and then the marshmallow creme.
With the mixer running on low speed, gradually add the heavy cream, continuing to beat until mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Fold in or beat in mini chocolate chips, just until combined.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Softened cream cheese will incorporate in with the other ingredients more smoothly.We whip the heavy cream straight into the dip, but if you'd like to use whipped cream (or Cool Whip), you can simply fold that into the cream cheese/marshmallow mixture.Mascarpone cheese can be substituted for the cream cheese. I have a homemade mascarpone cheese recipe here.Place the leftover booty dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. You can also freeze this easy dessert dip for up to 1 month. When you're ready to eat it again, allow it to thaw overnight in the fridge and give it a good stir before devouring it!
