lemon juice

grated peel of one lemon

Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water until smooth.
Stir in egg yolks.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Continue boiling for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in lemon juice, grated peel, and butter.
