Notes
Storage: Serve immediately.Notes:You could also use a chocolate liqueur in place of the coffee liqueur if you’d like.Bailey’s could be a yummy substitute for the milk if you want that extra bit of booze with your creaminess. We used a chocolate ganache here to dip the rims of the shot glasses. A chocolate syrup would be a bit thinner. If you’d like to use chocolate syrup, you could also drizzle it on the inside of the rims and it would drip down the insides of the glasses. To make chocolate ganache, pour ½ cup of simmering heavy cream over ½ cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Let them sit for 2-3 minutes and then whisk vigorously until the chocolate is fully melted and incorporated with the cream.Although we use coffee liqueur in these shots, you don’t really taste the coffee flavor much. With the chocolate rim and the Reese’s garnish, these shots taste just like a Reese’s peanut butter cup.If you’re serving a crowd, you can easily mix up a cocktail shaker full of equal parts milk, coffee liqueur, and Skrewball. Then simply pour it into the shot glasses at serving time.
