Line a 9x13 baking pan with a piece of parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine all of the crust ingredients and mix well.
Press the crust into the bottom of the pan and bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven, and immediately top with mini marshmallows. Place the dish back into the oven and cook until the marshmallows are golden and puffed.
In a medium saucepan, melt peanut butter chips, corn syrup, and butter together over medium heat. Stir in the peanuts and Rice Krispies.
Spread the peanut butter mixture on top of the gooey marshmallows.
Cool bars completely before slicing.
Once they have cooled, lift the nut bars from the pan using the sides of the parchment paper. Use a sharp knife to cut into squares.
