Ingredients needed:

Add salt and pepper to meet and sear in skillet.

Step 1:

Place seared roast in crockpot and add seasonings.

Step 2:

Sprinkle au jus and ranch seasoning over the top.  Add pepperoncinis and pats of butter.

Step 3:

Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or until meat shreds easily with two forks.

Step 4:

Serve over mashed potatoes, cauliflower rice, or noodles!
