What a great weekend. We fit in a date night, a little shopping, and finally FINALLY painted the ceiling in Addie’s room. That ought to tame the pink glow a bit!

I’m excited to show you this cute little jumper I sewed up last week. The pattern can be found here. It’s a really simple apron style jumper. I dressed it up with ric rac and ruffles on the front. I also added a few rows of ruffles across the back of the bloomers, but it was difficult to get any good pictures of the ruffle bottom. The whole little ensemble will be great for warm weather and is so darling on the 2 and under crowd. In fact, I think my little peanut would be quite a stand out in the crowd.
Please excuse me for the pictures that don’t model the jumper whatsoever, but really, she’s so cute, I just can’t help but show her off.
I’ve been on a cleaning/organizing kick lately and I’m feeling the urge to organize this blog a bit, too. maybe get some “regular” themed posts going each week. I generally like to jump around with my crafting, play with whatever strikes me at the moment, but I could probably do well with a little more direction.
I’d love your input – why do you stop in? what do you like to see?
Okay! So have a great Monday!

I love your blog. You seriously inspire like at least a third of my projects. I love the tulle-y skirt you made back in December, any dress made with an Oh So Sassy pattern and all of those gorgeous knot dresses. (especially the pink kona cotton one!)
I love you blog and don’t think it needs a regular feature but I’d be the first to read it if there was one. =)
