Handmade Costume: Dorothy

  Have I told you that I’m so crazy busy right now that I’ve resorted to buying the girls their Halloween costumes?  BUYING THEM!!! Except….Miss Olivia…..who wants to be Dorothy.  I HAD to make her costume.  I’m sharing the tutorial today over at Train to Crazy for Andrea’s incredible Handmade Costumes series.  If you’re looking for DIY costume inspiration, this is THE place to go!  So get going!!

    ADORABLE!! Is she going to wear a puff sleave with the dress like Dorothy? Or have her own little twist? I love the Tulle skirt underneath. So typically beautiful to something you would do!

  5. I loved your Dorothy dress so much that when my daughter told me she wanted to be it for Halloween I had to give it a try! Your tutorial was fantastic and for my first dress it turned out well!
